Failure to cancel orders you cannot pick up will disqualify you from this service.  At that point, you will be able to receive assistance only by shopping in our store.

If you will be unable to pick up your order at the requested time/date, you must submit this form by the deadlines:

• Tuesday / Thursday orders:  1:00 pm of the day pick up is requested
• Saturday orders:  7:00 am of the day pick up is requested
