Online Ordering for Clemmons Food Pantry

To place an order you must read and agree to the following requirements:

• I have completed an in-person interview at Clemmons Food Pantry since
• I have provided written permission (dated after October 1, 2023) to release my food to a specifically named person, if I cannot come at the requested time. (Permission Form)
• I understand that I will not be allowed to use this service in the future if I fail to honor my appointment to pick up food requested from Clemmons Food Pantry.
  • If unable to pick up my order as requested, I will complete and submit a cancellation form by the stated deadline.

We at the Pantry recognize that life happens, and plans may need to change – but we need you to work with us.  Please understand that groceries set aside for you is food that is not available to someone else that day.  If you know you will not make your appointment after the cancellation deadline, please call (336-331-3432) to let us know what is happening.  This information will be taken into consideration as we determine eligibility for the service.

• I know that my order will be filled based on the information available in my Client Account.  If you need to change information in your file, you should come in and complete an interview.
• I understand that a limited number of online orders can be filled each day.  It is not possible for the service to be available to everyone each day.

• My order must be submitted by NOON of the day before the requested pick up date.
